Mahatshula East is a place that has a lot of water therefore we have put up storm drains so that when the rainy season comes water will be re directed always from the yards

We have put up automated solar street lights. These are durable and they sense darkness. Even when there is no electricity these will still be on therefore reducing chances of thieves taking advantage of power outages.

We have put up tarred roads on all of phase 1. Our roads are wide and  are of high quality.

We have managed to lay water pipes and sewer pipes. We tested both on this phase. Our mission is to make sure that our clients get an all inclusive package.

We have put up electricity on phase 1 for your convinience. Each house hold will contribute only $500 towards this service. Please note this is a once off payment

The Enock Management team recently retreated to a city hotel to undergo training
